   • Pack returns securely to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged during shipping cannot be accepted as returns.

4. Shipping Container:

   • Do not use the product’s original packaging as the shipping container. Place the original packaging inside a larger box (e.g., the box the product was originally delivered in).

5. Confirmation Process:

   • Before initiating a return, ensure all return conditions are met. Take photos or videos and send them to the supplier’s customer service team at support@mooroca.com for confirmation.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Exchanges:

• To process an exchange, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact support@mooroca.com, and the supplier will send you a pre-paid return label.

Shipping Fees:

• For returns or exchanges not related to quality issues, the supplier will cover shipping costs. Contact support@mooroca.com for a pre-paid return label.

Product Issues:

• For incorrect or defective items, the supplier will process exchanges or returns within 3 business days. Shipping costs will be covered, but items must meet return standards and remain in new condition.

Out-of-Stock Items:

• If an ordered product is unavailable due to inventory shortages, the supplier will notify you via email. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund.

Missing Parts:

Refund Process

• Returns may take 10-15 business days to reach the supplier’s warehouse. Once received, the supplier will inspect the item and notify you if the refund has been approved.
