Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the  customer.

All product warranty conditions can be found at: canadianspa.com/pages/warranty-registration. Unless a service contract is setup with Canadian Spa Company, all warranty work must be performed by an authorized Canadian Spa Company service technician. No service work will be paid without a valid Canadian Spa Company work order, which needs to be obtained prior to scheduling and completing a warranty call.
