Refund & Returns Policy

Order Changes & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

1. Up to 14 Days from Order Entry: Orders can be canceled without penalty.
2. After 14 Days: A $65.00 cancellation fee will apply (Item #: ORDCAN).
3. Within 7 Days of the Ship Date: Orders cannot be canceled.
4. Canadian Timber Collection Products: Dealers have 24 hours to cancel the order for a $65.00 cancellation fee (Item #: ORDCAN). After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

Order Change Policy:

1. Up to 14 Days from Order Entry: Orders can be edited/changed without penalty.
2. After 14 Days: A $65.00 edit/change fee will apply (Item #: ORDCHA). Examples of changes include adding/removing products, updating shipping addresses, or changing the shipping method.
3. Within 7 Days of the Ship Date: Orders cannot be edited or changed.
4. After Product Has Shipped: Changes to the shipping address will incur a $250 fee (Item #: ADDCHANGE).
5. Canadian Timber Collection Products: Dealers have 24 hours to make changes for a $65.00 fee (Item #: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, no changes will be accepted.

Return Policy:

1. General Return Policy: Returns are not accepted due to the high costs of returning products across borders.
2. Exceptions:
   • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
   • Dealers/customers are responsible for all shipping costs to the factory.
   • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
   • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be determined solely by Leisurecraft.

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery:

1. If a customer refuses delivery and the product needs to be redirected:
   • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
   • Dealers are responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address.

Important Notes:

• For order changes or cancellations, please contact your Representative with your order number.
• Double-check your order confirmation to avoid issues after 14 days.
• Any fees for order changes or cancellations will be waived if the error is on the part of Leisurecraft.

Warranty Policy

Coverage:
Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants its saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or natural weather conditions.
• Required maintenance such as tightening barrel bands, cleaning, or staining the sauna (refer to the sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines).
• Misuse, negligence, or improper use of the product.

Liability:
The manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for injury or damage caused by the product.

Warranty Type:
This is a parts-only warranty. Labor or service costs are not covered under the warranty.

Shipping Policy

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities

• Building and Packing: Your sauna will be carefully built and packed into a secure crate for shipping.
• Shipping Coordination: Dundalk LeisureCraft will arrange for your sauna to be shipped to your home.

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1. Delivery Appointment: The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
2. Delivery to Driveway or Curbside:
   • The sauna will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curbside.
   • Note: The trucking company is not responsible for unloading the sauna or backing their truck into your driveway.
   • Deliveries are typically made using an 18-wheel truck. Please ensure this size vehicle can access your road or neighborhood.
3. Crate Size Considerations:
   • If the crate is less than 92” (7 feet), a lift gate may assist with unloading.
   • If the crate is more than 92”, no lift gate will be available. Customers must arrange for unloading.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Responding to Delivery Calls: Return calls from the trucking company promptly to schedule delivery.
2. Unloading the Sauna Crate:
   • Sauna crates vary in size and weight:
     • Length: 6 feet to 14 feet
     • Weight: 800 pounds to 1600 pounds
   • Customers must arrange for unloading, which can be done using:
     • Forklift: Fork extensions are required, and crates must be picked up from the end.
     • Tilt Tow Truck: Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the terminal and deliver it to your home.
     • Crew of Helpers: A group can manually unload the crate or its contents from the truck.
3. Handling Damaged Crates:
   • If the crate arrives damaged, accept the shipment but:
     • Take pictures of the damage.
     • Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with: “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.”
     • Contact your dealer or Dundalk LeisureCraft immediately.

Delivery, Unloading, and Address Change Policies

Unloading Crates:

• Crates 92” or Shorter: The truck's lift gate can assist in lowering the crate to the ground.
• Crates Longer than 92”:
  • Arrange equipment to unload the crate.
  • Pick up the crate from the terminal using a trailer or tilt tow truck.
  • Dundalk can arrange for a tilt tow truck for $750 (Item #: TILTTOW).

Change of Ship-To Address:

• Before Factory Shipment: Address changes are free.
• After Factory Shipment: Address changes incur a $250 fee (Item #: ADDCHANGE).

Storage Charges:

• If delivery is delayed due to lack of response, unloading arrangements, or alternate contact details, storage fees charged by the trucking company will be added to the dealer account (Item #: STORAGE).
